Most losses represent smaller swans or even ugly ducklings! Whether you are prepared is another question? Recovery will be dependent on business resilience; how you have planned yes but, more importantly, and the moment of truth, how you will manage your response.

How can you be expected to deal with conflicting demands of others – loss adjusters looking after Insurers interests, banks wanting to cover their loans, authorities, landlords, lawyers, compliance officers, staff, family and we have not mentioned doing anything about managing project recovery……

Our background is founded in insurance claims but, years ago, we recognised that Clients were looking for a much wider set of practical skills. Our model works in partnership with you and your directors. We aim to minimise the impact of the Incident on gross profit.

We also look at who pays. Insurance is simply just one source of funds. There are others and correct investigation to establish what happened and, importantly, examine liabilities is essential.

Loss also brings opportunity but thinking strategically at a stressful moment is not always easy. We will explore the “blue skies” with you!

If you don’t have recovery experience, your ability to target your response will be limited. We know our approach works and properly set up much of the cost of our fees can be met under insurance.
